Ignite Sydney

ignite sydney presentersI also found out recently that I was accepted in this years Ignite event in Sydney.

Ignite is a really interesting concept which gives people the opportunity to present interesting ideas on stage for 5 minutes, using exactly 20 slides, at 15 seconds per slide.

This year I will be presenting the idea of Crowdsourcing Critical Thinking.

The event takes place on the 20th of November at the Oxford Art Factory in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Doors open at 6pm, and the event only costs $15 – the proceeds of which go to charity! So come along if you are in Sydney!

Australian Skeptics National Convention

I will also be talking at the Australian Skeptics National Convention in Canberra on the 22nd-24th of November (making for quite a busy week). See more details about the convention on their website: http://nationalskepticsconvention.org/
